利用規約

本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象とします。13歳未満の方は利用できません。

登録なしのゲストとして利用を始めることができます。メールアドレスを登録した場合は、端末をまたいで学習記録を引き継げます。アカウント情報は正確に保ち、他人に利用させないでください。

本アプリは、英語の聞く・話す練習、発音の確認、AIとの会話練習および学習記録の表示を提供します。AIによる文字起こし、発音判定、会話やフィードバックには誤りや不完全な点が含まれる場合があります。試験・医療・法律その他の重要な判断に用いるものではありません。

録音、発話内容および練習の回答は、あなたがアプリ内で明示的に同意した場合に限り、練習結果の提供に必要な外部AIサービスへ送信されます。送信先、内容、目的および同意の取り消しについてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

• ProおよびMAXは1か月ごとの自動更新サブスクリプションです。料金、提供内容および利用回数の上限は、購入画面に表示します。
• 購入代金はApple IDに請求されます。現在の期間が終わる24時間以上前までにApple IDの設定から解約しない限り、自動更新されます。
• 購入済みの権利は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。返金その他の購入に関する手続はAppleの規約および手続に従います。
• 無料プランおよび各有料プランには、AI機能の利用回数または処理量に上限が設けられることがあります。上限や内容を変更する場合は、購入前に表示します。

法令または公序良俗に反する行為、他者の権利を侵害する行為、サービスやAI機能の不正利用・過度な自動利用、リバースエンジニアリング、他者のアカウントの利用、運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。

本アプリ内の教材、デザイン、ソフトウェアその他の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。あなたが入力または録音した内容の権利はあなたに残りますが、運営者は本アプリを提供・改善・安全に運営するために必要な範囲でこれを処理できます。

運営者は、保守、障害対応、法令対応またはサービス改善のため、本アプリの全部または一部を変更・停止することがあります。不正利用または本規約違反がある場合、利用を制限または停止することがあります。重要な変更は、合理的な方法で事前にお知らせします。

運営者は、本アプリが常に中断なく、完全に正確に動作することを保証しません。運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、適用法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。本規約のいずれかが消費者契約法その他の強行法規により無効となる場合、その範囲でのみ無効とします。

アカウントまたは学習記録は、アプリ内の「アカウント」画面から削除できます。ご質問は support@day1english.com までご連絡ください。

運営者は、本規約を変更する場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページへの掲載時から効力を生じます。ただし、利用者に重要な不利益となる変更は合理的な期間を設けてお知らせします。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

The App is for people aged 13 or older. You may begin as a guest, or register an email address to keep learning records across devices. Keep your account information accurate and do not allow others to use your account.

The App provides English listening and speaking practice, pronunciation feedback, AI conversation practice, and learning records. AI transcription, assessment, and feedback can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used for important decisions.

Recorded audio, speech content, and practice answers are sent to third-party AI services only after your explicit in-app consent and only as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pro and MAX are one-month auto-renewing subscriptions. Price, included services, and usage limits are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may restore purchases in the App; refunds are handled under Apple’s rules.

You may not violate laws or others’ rights, misuse the service or AI features, automate excessive use, reverse engineer the App, use another person’s account, or interfere with operations.

The App’s materials, design, and software belong to the operator or their licensors. You retain rights in content you provide; we may process it as needed to provide, improve, and safely operate the App. We may change or suspend the App for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or improvement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your account or learning records in the Account screen. Contact us at support@day1english.com. Japanese law governs these Terms.
